Returns are accepted up to a maximum of 14 days from delivery of original sale to client AND a maximum 30 days delivered back to OTRUSA.COM to be processed for credit or refund less the applicable round trip shipping cost.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was delivered in the last 14 days
- The product isn’t used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
- You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) and return address from us

Refund amount
Total bill Credit less all freight charges incurred (including items eligible for Free Shipping) and a 10% restocking fee on total bill and return shipping label (if you decide to use our return shipping label service)
Return address
Please send the product, the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number to provided return address
- You can ship it back to us by your deserved carrier but remember delivered address must be the provided return address and RMN must attached with the product
- We offer return shipping label service. the service provides a return label to attach with the tire and drop-off to selected carrier. Total refund will be deduct by return label cost
Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from OTRUSA.COM.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Exchange
Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchange. Please place the new order and return your unwanted order
Return processing time and payment channel
